My journey to Whetstone Edition began with a simple desire: to build something meaningful while doing work I love. After years in direct sales, I felt called to pursue a new path—one that would bring both joy and purpose. That path led me to candle-making.

I started modestly, testing my passion with a basic candle-making kit. As I invested time and care into the craft, I discovered something deeper than a business opportunity. I found a calling. I wanted my work to reflect something greater than myself, so I chose a guiding purpose: to remind people they are loved. Every Whetstone Edition candle carries Jeremiah 31:3—"I have loved you with an everlasting love"—as a daily reminder of that truth.
